Local tourism promotion programs to be held

On the afternoon of January 10, the Tourism Promotion Center under provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DoCST) held a conference to review its activities in 2018 and implement orientations, tasks for 2019.

The center last year implemented a lot of tourism promotion activities via taking part in events, namely the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Sea Festival 2018, the ITE 2018 in Da Nang, the Dong Nai Food Festival 2018…In addition, the center teamed up with the divisions of culture-information of districts, towns, TDM city and travel units to popularize the image of Binh Duong’s tourism…

In 2019, the center will boost the local tourism promotion programs through fairs, festivals in and out of the province; make dissemination of information about historical relics, beautiful spots among Youth Union members; generate the local tourism products…

On this occasion, provincial DoCST honored 2 individuals for their excellent performance in tourism promotion and 4 collectives with the “Advanced labor” title in 2018.
