From welfare programs

Implementing the program "Benefit for union members and laborers", the provincial Confederation of Labor has actively contacted and negotiated with partners and business owners in the locality to sign the program. In addition to the welfare programs of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, up to now, the provincial Confederation of Labor has signed with 16 enterprises to implement welfare programs for union members and workers in the province. Accordingly, businesses will reduce from 5 to 40% compared with the list price for union members when buying goods at the dealer or store of the company. At the same time, the trade unions also signed a cooperation program with business partners and implemented many activities to bring practical benefits to trade unionists and workers. Up to now, there are more than 150,000 union members, workers are using products and services of partners, the total value of participating through the program about 7.5 billion.

Notably, Nghe Nang Industry Co., Ltd has supported the reduction of 20-40% on each product for trade union members and workers when buying ifan fans and icool intelligent coolers. Many ways to improve welfare
