MARD uniformly manages fertilizer products

This is one of the contents of Decree No. 108 issued by the Government on fertilizer management, replacing Decree No. 202/2013 / ND-CP. Accordingly, the Government assigned Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to uniformly manage fertilizer products (under Decree 202/2013 / ND-CP, inorganic fertilizers were managed by Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry Agriculture and Rural Development managed organic fertilizers and other fertilizers).

Some new points of this Decree compared to Decree 202/2013 / ND-CP, such as fertilizer must be tested before being recognized; Specific provisions on production, packaging and trading of fertilizers; import and export and quality control of fertilizers; naming and labeling fertilizer; uses of fertilizer ... This Decree takes effect from September 20, 2017.
