Marks of public Senior High’s Grade 10 entrance examination announced

In the afternoon of June 17, Binh Duong provincial Department of Education and Training announced the marks of Grade 10 public Senior High entrance examination of 2021-2022 school year.

This year's Grade 10 entrance examination had 17,267 attending candidates. According to the assessment board, the math test had many creative problems of different solutions to gain the answers. Pretty good students showed their ability and solid knowledge through presentation. As for Vietnamese literature, they expressed their thoughts clearly and in accordance with social moral standards. The knowledge and skills are guaranteed as the test showed the orientation to develop students' ability and intelligence.

For English, they completed 100% of the multiple-choice part and demonstrated skills in applying knowledge in reading and writing. As a result, the test was above average for the following subjects of 32.93%, 92.3%, and 50.15% for Mathematics, Vietnamese Literature, and English respectively.

This year's exam took place in the context of the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic. However, local Department of Education and Training has thoroughly implemented measures to prevent and control the epidemic to ensure the exam safety. There were 20 candidates failing to participate in the examination as they were living in a blockade area. Two candidates in Di An city who had high fever when taking the examination were sitting in the examination in a separate room to ensure safety against Covid-19 epidemic.

As planned, on July 26, Department of Education and Training will announce the benchmarks for the 10th grade in the school year of 2021-2022 for public high schools in the province.
