Over the weekend, at Vo Minh Duc High School, the provincial Youth Union organized a ceremony to launch the 2018 examination relay program. On this occasion, Binh Duong Newspaper correspondent interviewed Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of the Provincial Youth’s League, Chairwoman of the Provincial Students’ Association, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2018 Summer Examination Relay Program for key activities in this meaningful program.

- Can you inform the major contents of assisting candidates and their relatives during this year’s examination peak?

- This year, the program of supporting the youth season in the province from June 17 to end August 12, 2018 with the participation of 21 teams of more than 1,000 youth union (WCV), the participants come from districts, towns, cities and colleges and universities in the province, divided into two phases. Stage 1 takes place from June 17th to June 27th at the national high school exam boards in 9 districts, towns and cities in the province; at the provincial bus station and traffic junctions near the exam boards. Teams that participate, organize activities such as supporting candidates and candidates in the days of procedures at the test site; Instructing and instructing the examination room's layout according to each examination subject or contest; support scholarships for disadvantaged candidates; transportation assistance for candidates and candidates; Offering items, supporting items such as bus tickets, snacks, drinks; lunch break, luggage storage, furniture, introduction of cheap and hygienic food places, and exchange of experiences for exam candidates during the exam period. Especially, It will also support the traffic coordination function in the areas around the test site, ensuring security at the test sites; coordinate with the functional agencies to deal with unexpected incidents of weather, accidents, and health; Questions and answers for candidates about the information related to the examination and recruitment.

Stage 2 takes place from August 1-8 at the universities and colleges in the province and the member schools of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City in Dong Hoa Ward, Di An Town . The team will organize activities such as picking up, consulting, instructing contestants, trainees from localities to Thu Dau Mot and Ho Chi Minh City National University. To submit the dossiers of enrollment certification at the registered universities and colleges; accommodation support for contestants, family members in need; donate necessary publications and items including bus tickets, bus maps, signs, fast food, and drinks; Introduction to how to find accommodation, hostel accommodation for candidates to facilitate the admission procedures at the beginning of the school year.

- What preparation has been made by Provincial Youth’s League for the examination?

- The preparation for the final season test has been completed. Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union, as well as the Standing Committee of the districts, towns, the Youth Union and the delegation, the Secretariat of the Association of Students of colleges and universities deployed the squad and had prepared thoroughly. Provincial Youth Union has directed the formation of teams in the area to timely support candidates and candidates to participate in the exam safely. In the immediate future, the Provincial Youth Union supported about 400 meals for contestants and volunteers, but at the establishments have actively prepared, contact the support food, water, tables, chairs, seats etc. and coordinate with the unit how to ensure accommodation, accommodation of candidates and candidates are safe.
