Meeting to mark the 73rd anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day

In the morning of August 31, the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee solemnly held a meeting to mark the 73rd anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 to August 19, 2018) and the National Day (September 2, 1945 to September 2, 2018).

Attending the meeting were Vietnamese heroic mothers, Armed Forces Heroes; Nguyen Minh Triet, former President of the nation; Tran Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the National Assembly;  Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, leaders of the provincial leaders throughout the periods, leaders of departments, departments, districts, towns, armed in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee stressed on the victory of the August 1945 Revolution and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a major historical event. The fruits of the August 1945 Revolution were a valuable lesson of practical experience, creating great faith and motivation for the nation to overcome many difficulties and challenges; not afraid to sacrifice, resisting fiercely during 30 years of struggle to win the last two difficult resistance that culminated Dien Bien Phu victory and historic 1975 victory. It was from the August Revolution that our Party continued to use our leadership to achieve important achievements in the cause of integration and innovation. In the wake of the August Revolution 73 years ago, the people of Thu Dau Mot had risen up to the throne of power, marking the great change of life and the aspirations of independence and freedom. The land of the land has become a reality.

Promoting those achievements, the Party, government and people of Thu Dau Mot - Binh Duong did not hesitate and challenged; closely fighting the foreign invaders, protect and build the country. Today, Binh Duong again wrote successes on the road to build a beautiful rich country. After more than 30 years of renovation and 20 years of construction and development, Binh Duong has made remarkable progress in many fields; To become one of the pillar localities in the southern key economic region with high industrialization and urbanization speed with a dynamic development investment environment. The material and spiritual life of the people has been improved and improved. The work focused on mobilizing resources to care for the policy beneficiaries, people with merit are well implemented.

"The achievements that Binh Duong has today is a concrete demonstration of the spirit of unity, dynamism and creativity of the Party, government, people and business community of the province. The achievements in fighting and labor of the land people have been and will continue to contribute to the achievements of the whole country; It is the basis, the premise, the important foundation on the way of integration and industrialization of the province "- said Tran Thanh Liem.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee also presented and posthumously presented the Party badge to 327 party members with high Party age.

Previously, in the morning, leaders of the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, armed forces and people in the province visited, wreathed and burn incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the provincial martyr's cemetery.
