Modification and amendmend administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of Department of Justice to be announced

Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1860 / QD-UBND to announce modification, amendmend and abrogation administrative procedures under jurisdiction of Department of Justice, District People's Committees and Commune People's Committees in judicial support, judicial administration, adoption, complaint, denunciation, authentication.

Accordingly, the decision preserves 11 administrative procedures and abrogates one administrative procedure, in which administrative procedures is under the jurisdiction of Department of Justice are 2 administrative procedures, district People's Committees 3 administrative procedures, commune People's Committees 6 administrative procedures, which are in the field of adoption.
