New director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment appointed

On 1 Nov, Trần Thanh Liêm, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting of announcement and handing over appointment decisions.

On behalf of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Mr. Liêm handed appointment decision to Ngô Quang Sự, Vice Chairman of Tan Uyen Town People's Committee, to be Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment; at the same time, retirement decision to Phạm Danh, Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment; retirement decision signed by Director of General Statistics Office to Luân Thị Sang, Deputy Director of Provincial Statistical Office.

On behalf of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Mr. Liêm acknowledged the contributions of retired comrades to their fields; at the same time, hoped new Director Ngô Quang Sự to lead, unify the unit, fulfill responsibilities to develop provincial natural resources and environment sector.
