According to the district’s People’s Committee, the district has further implemented programs selling goods with stable price under the plan and maintained inspection on food hygiene and safety. Tran Thi Minh Hanh, Vice-Chairwoman of North Tan Uyen district said that before the Tet festival 2018, the district’s People’s Committee promulgated the Plan No.3381 on ensuring market price stabilization in association with the implementation of the campaign “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”. In addition, the district coordinated with provincial Department of Industry-Trade to arrange 7 points selling essential goods like cattle-poultry meat, sugar, milk, confectionary…

The district’s People’s Committee also instructed the district’s Radio Station to disseminate a program on market price stabilization, ensuring the quality of food safety and hygiene in Binh My and Tan Binh communes. In addition, the district instructed relevant units to well organize trade fairs on Vietnamese goods in Tan Binh commune and Tan Thanh township.

Trade-service facilities well complying with the law

Nguyen Van Thuan, Head of North Tan Uyen district’s Division of Economics said that the division has set up an inspection delegation under the Plan No.1. Commodities inspected by the delegation included electronic equipment, helmets, toys...towards a healthy goods market.

The district’s propaganda in association of inspection to stabilize the market has been promoted, raising awareness of the local customers and traders. The district has also been determined to prevent street markets…

Nguyen Thi Thuy Tien, a small trader at Tan Thanh market said that the market has just been put into operation with few customers, but the quality of commodities herein is ensured with stable price.

The district’s market inspection has been implemented well, which is the premise for the district to call for investment in service-trade in the coming time.
