Offering help to unprivileged children

On the afternoon of September 8, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Youth Federation visited, offered a gift, including VND15million, to Trinh Van Truong, a poor pupil in Dinh An commune’s Dong Sam hamlet in Dau Tieng district.
The money was extracted from provincial Support Fund for Poor Youths. It is known that the pupil now has an extremely difficult circumstance. His parents have just passed away, due to illness. He is the 10th grader at the district’s continuing education center. His baby sister is the 2nd grader at Dinh Thanh primary school.
