The new direction of Binh Duong has demonstrated a consistent logic since the province's separation. The development of Binh Duong is right and keeps pace with the trend. And Binh Duong must persistently pursue this logic. What logic is that? That is to keep rising up to change its level and Binh Duong is doing this very well.

The success of Vietnam - Singapore industrial park has been pervasive, followed by a series of other industrial parks that made turned Binh Duong become a prestigious address to investors. After 10 successful years of new industrial parks, Binh Duong stepped up a new height of urban development with trade-service complexes and continued to succeed. Then Binh Duong developed Binh Duong smart city. I think that smart city construction tied with high-tech development, innovation, creativity, trade and service development is what makes Binh Duong become a great attraction today.

World Trade Center of Binh Duong New City became an official member of the World Trade Center Association (WTCA). And recently, the province held the announcement ceremony for Binh Duong New World Trade Center (WTC BDNC), while the province is striving to become an international integration center. Trade center is merely a means to integrate. To become an integration center, it is necessary to turn the provincial international trade center into an attractive destination, a place to gather goods from all over the world with a world-class exhibition center like Dubai (the United Arab Emirates). Not all localities can do it, but with available advantages, Binh Duong is able to achieve this.

Binh Duong is a good example of investment attraction of the whole country. In recent years, foreign investment capital (FDI) into Binh Duong has been increasing in both quantity and quality. Binh Duong province has also oriented towards modernization, high-tech industry\ial production with less labor-intensive. This is the inevitable rule of development; quantitative changes will lead to qualitative changess. Obviously, Binh Duong is facing a great opportunity to develop to a new level.

But in parallel with the opportunity, there are still many challenges, especially human resources. While provinces and cities like Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City are also in the process of industrialization and modernization, the Southern key economic region is in a race for FDI inflow attraction, and human resources will compete more fiercely in the new period. Binh Duong needs to pay more attention to the training of highly qualified and skilled personnel.

In 2019, despite the volatile world economic situation, especially the US-China trade war had a significant impact on the world economy. However, this is an opportunity for many Vietnamese enterprises in general and Binh Duong province in particular to reach the US and foreign markets. Besides the opportunities, there are also many challenges to businesses, not only the competitive price but also the quality of exported products must meet the requirements of foreign markets. Additionally, the world economy is showing signs of slowing down, trade tensions, increasing conflicts affecting investment capital flows, which are also factors affecting the domestic market and demand.

Therefore, apart from opportunities, challenges in 2020 will have a direct impact on domestic businesses. Therefore, businesses need long-term plans to be ready to transform before fluctuations of the global economy.

More than 20 years ago, Binh Duong began to develop industry. In order to attract investors, infrastructure has received investments by the province. Previously, Binh Duong did not have a large population. Mechanical population growth is inevitable when Binh Duong becomes an industrial center, creating hundreds of thousands of jobs. Each year, the province spends the investment budget on infrastructure, but with the high speed of industrialization and urbanization of the province, infrastructure upgrades need to be done more.

Binh Duong is facing the big problems of developed cities: Traffic congestion puts pressure on goods transportation. For example, Highway 13, some intersections of My Phuoc - Tan Van often have traffic jam during rush hours. Binh Duong needs to invest more strongly in transport infrastructure, thereby developing synchronously, smoothly and diverse public transports... to serve the community.

We realize that the infrastructure here is increasingly upgraded, roads become more beautiful, more convenient. The company's staff always strive to create good-quality products, making a small contribution to the local economy's development.

The company is very interested in training of management capacity, professional qualifications for Vietnamese staff to completely replace the Japanese expert team. With characteristics of our industry, we pay special attention to protecting the surrounding environment. The company has built a waste water treatment system based on the most Japanese modern technology, so the wastewater discharged into the surrounding environment is clean water, without adversely effects on the environment.

With a long-term commitment to Binh Duong province, we expect universities in Vietnam to provide intensive training on iron and steel majors to meet the personnel needs of enterprises in this field.
