Outstanding pupils in sci-tech contest honored unexpectedly

Early February 25, TDM city’s People’s Committee held a ceremony to unexpectedly honor 3 outstanding individuals who won the first prize at provincial and city levels in the science-technology contest with the subject “Automatic body temperature and disinfection equipment in association with smart roll-call” for the 2020-2021 academic year.

They include Nguyen Thanh Tai, the 8^th grader; Nguyen Dien Nam, the 9^th grader of Nguyen Van Cu secondary school and teacher Le Thi Thuong. Each of them was given VND5million in bonus.

According to Nguyen Thu Cuc, Chairwoman of TDM city’s People’s Committee, organizing the above unexpected commendation was done based on the report of the city’s Division of Education-Training, aiming to opportunely encourage pupils in sci-tech research in order to attend competitions annually held by he sector and the locality.
