Over 100 world scientists to attend global conference on sustainable manufacturing

Early September 16, at Binh Duong Center for Conference and Exhibition in Thu Dau Mot City, Vietnamese-German University inaugurated the 13^th Global Conference on Sustainable Manufacturing. The annual global conference has been rotated many nations in the world since 2003. And, this was the first time the conference was held in Vietnam.

Over 100 world leading professors and scientists from 30 nations attended the event of urgent socio-economic development issues of the world and Vietnam to be discussed including the green manufacturing in Vietnam, efficient use of natural resources in future factories, sustainable manufacturing – the multiline challenge, etc.

The conference is significant for Binh Duong Province in the process of orienting economic development to sustainable and environment-friendly manner. The conference is to adjourn on September 18.
