Over 47,000 laborers get benefits from welfare programs

According to Tan Uyen town’s Labor Union, the town has so far had nearly 80% of laborers with labor deals and 100% of enterprises with sufficient payment on insurance policies for laborers.

The town’s Labor Union has also instructed trade union locals to be proactive to organize annual dialogues between laborers and enterprises. Accordingly, many dialogues were held with benefits for laborers.

Under its welfare programs for trade unionists, the town’s Labor Union has signed agreements with enterprises to supply laborers with commodities, services having 5%-40% discounts. So far, more than 47,000 laborers, trade unionist across the town have enjoyed benefits from such practical programs.
