Over VND200million spent on social charity activities

Provincial Young Entrepreneurs’ Association has just forwarded a conference to review its activities in 2016 and devise orientations for 2017, in attendance of Mai Hung Dung, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

Along with production and business, the association last year  got involved in social charity activities. Particularly, it coordinated with Binh Duong Television-Radio Station (BTV) to realize a “Sharing love” program with such significant activities as building houses of compassion, giving financial support for schools, visiting and presenting gifts to families with difficult circumstances, orphans, disabled people…with a total expense of more than VND200million.

Addressing the event, Mr.Dung spoke highly of achievements done by the association and said that province-based entrepreneurs, enterprises last year contributed more than VND10trillion to the local State budget. He also affirmed that provincial People’s Committee has always accompanied and supported enterprises and entrepreneurs, especially on administrative procedures for better development and wanted that the association will continue being a bridge between  domestic, FDI enterprises and local authorities at all levels.

On this occasion, the association admitted additional 12 members, bringing the total number of members so far to more than 350.
