Le Minh Ly, Director of Binh Duong provincial Social Insurance, said that to implement Covid-19 preventing control measures, provincial Social Insurance issued a digital official document No.541/BHXH-KHTC sent to PPC about payment method of monthly retirement pensions, social insurance allowances by post during this period.

Accordingly, the scheme for monthly payment of retirement pensions, social insurance allowances of two months April and May 2020 by post in Binh Duong province is performed as follows: Payment of retirement pensions, social insurance allowances of two months April and May 2020 is in the same installment; To carry out the payment to personal bank account (ATM account) of the beneficiaries.

To make payment in cash, or the post office makes payment at home of beneficiaries aged 80 years or older; beneficiaries aged under 80 years old have illness, difficulties in moving, and do not authorize others to receive pensions at post offices; beneficiaries suffer chronic illness with an outpatient treatment.

Beneficiaries wishing to be paid at home need to make registration to receive money on website www.ansinhxahoi.vnpost.vn, hotline number of provincial Post Office. Payment at post offices: beneficiaries need payment cards and ID.

Beneficiaries in Covid-19 quarantine areas, provincial Post Office collaborated with local government, Disease Prevention Control Steering Committee to have timely, safe payment schemes for beneficiaries in accordance with the actual situation of the locality.
