Peak month “For the poor” launched

Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) has just issued a document guiding the organization of the Peak Month “For the poor” from October 17 to November 18, 2017.

Main activities are to mobilize the community, businesses, organizations, units and individuals to raise money for the “Fund for the Poor” and a program on social welfare; respond to the emulation movement of “The whole country joins hands for the poor-Leave no one behind” launched by the Prime Minister, thereby helping poor and nearly-poor households stabilize their lives.

To well realize activities of the Peak Month, provincial FFC has asked for units to actively make dissemination of the content, significance and outcome of supporting the poor over the past time; honored outstanding individuals and collectives in contributing to the Fund for the Poor; encouraged and honored localities with efforts in poverty reduction…
