Plan issued to promote digital transformation

Provincial People's Committee has issued the Binh Duong Digital Transformation Plan for 2021-2025 period and orientation towards 2030. Accordingly, the plan sets out basic goals of developing e-government, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness; develop the digital economy, improve the province's competitiveness; develop digital society, narrow the digital gap.

The goal is that by 2025, 100% online public services at level 3 and level 4 will be integrated on the National Public Service Portal; 100% of transactions on National Public Service Portal, Provincial Public Service Portal and OSS Information System will be digitally authenticated; Online public services will be provided on a variety of devices, including mobile devices. The rate of dossiers handled by online public services at level 3, level 4 out of the total number of dossiers will reach 50% or more, at least 90% of people and businesses will be satisfied with the settlement of administrative procedures...
