Plan to cut costs for businesses

Provincial People's Committee has issued a plan to implement cost reduction for businesses. Accordingly, the objective of the plan is to improve the investment and business environment, reduce legal compliance costs for businesses in the province; improve efficiency, quality of the institutional system, business laws; supervise the enforcement of business laws by departments, committees of districts, towns and city; make positive impacts on social security in the province and the interests of people.
Departments, sectors, People's Committee of districts, towns and city shall simplify administrative procedures and improve the efficiency of administrative procedure control system; review the law on investment and business, abrogate unreasonable points causing unnecessary expenses for enterprises, study and propose solutions. Issued documents should have a cost impact assessment, especially informal ones, in association with the accountability of the head of the drafting agency; enhance the contact, reception and handling of feedbacks and proposals of enterprises; intensify the inspection and supervision of the performance of administrative reform tasks, strictly handle negative acts by law enforcement officials; intensify the application of information technology in the handling, settlement of business procedures and dossiers for enterprises, thus simplifying administrative procedures.
