Yesterday of May 3, the Election Commissions at all levels in the province have actively and urgently posted the list of candidates running for the 15th National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure in the regions, streets and hamlets to be widely publicized to voters. As a general recognition, the People's Committees at all levels in the province have taken advantage of the holidays to prepare well for the election.

During the holidays of April 30 and May 1, Standing Committee of the Election Commissions at all levels have worked actively and urgently to prepare for the election. As a generally reported, right after the provincial Election Commission announced the lists of candidates running for the 15th National Assembly Delegation and the provincial People's Council of 2021-2026 tenure, the Standing Committee of the provincial People's Committee focused on directing the editing of biographies of candidates, the printing and distribution to constituencies in the province. On May 2, the lists and biographies of candidates for the 15th National Assembly Delegation and the provincial People's Councils of 2021-2026 tenure were distributed to the Election Commissions of all levels to be listed in the electoral groups in the province.

Binh Duong provincial Department of Home Affairs, the standing unit of the Election Commission, said in the morning of May 3 that the lists of candidates and biographies were distributed to the neighborhoods and hamlets. In general, the facilities for the election are ready. Department of Home Affairs has issued 564 Election Team seals to localities including Di An city, Tan Uyen town, Ben Cat town, Bau Bang district and Bac Tan Uyen district. On the occasion of April 30, the Department of Home Affairs continued to issue 536 Election Team seals to the remaining localities; along with that, 1,100 "voted" stamps were issued to localities. As for ballot boxes, the Department of Home Affairs has also completed handing over to localities.

During the recent holidays, in addition to completing editing and printing of the candidate biographies and distributing them to localities, Standing Committee of the Committee at all levels in the province has completed the program of testing the software of election results and election reporting. Along with that was the promotion of propaganda in various forms such as integrating propaganda in news programs on press agencies in the province, building election columns, radio stories, submission, topic, question and answer sections. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has strengthened the propaganda about the election through many vivid visual forms, such as hanging Party flags, ceremonial flags, banners, and propaganda by mobile vehicles.

Yesterday afternoon of May 3, at 1,100 Election Teams in 1,100 polling stations started to list the candidates. The most active one was in Thuan An city, where a large number of voters are temporary residents. Along with that, the local Radio Station announced widely on the loudspeaker systems of the hamlets and neighborhoods twice a day about the lists of voters and candidates to the people for their knowing. Along with that were the candidates' biographies so that people can clearly understand the information.

In localities such as Lai Thieu ward, An Phu ward, Vinh Phu ward (in Thuan An city), Phu Cuong ward, Phu Tho ward, Hoa Phu ward (in Thu Dau Mot city), candidates have been listed in neighborhoods at easy-to-read places for voters to learn about the running candidates. In addition, the neighborhoods and hamlets increased the grasp of the security situation among workers in industrial zones, clusters and hostels to continue to grasp the situation of voters, security and order along with the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic for an active plan and careful preparation for the election.

The provincial Election Commission requires the communal People's Committees to regularly review, update and report the situation of voter changes in the area to be managed by the People's Committees of the districts until May 22. It also urges and reminds the Election Teams to distribute electoral cards by May 21 at the latest and decorate the polling booth within 2 days of May 21 and 22. The provincial Election Commission will coordinate with the People's Committees at all levels to organize training on election activities for members of Election Commissions and Election Teams at all levels in the province from May 5 to 15 to understand the regulations to guide people to vote in full and in accordance with the laws and regulations.
