PPC demands strict compliance with regulations on administrative procedure settlement

 PPC issued official Document No.3006/UBND-HCC directing departments, branches, local governments to implement solutions to heighten the satisfaction of individuals and organizations from the service of State administration agencies.

Accordingly, PPC demands heads of departments and branches, chairman of People's Committees to be responsible for directing strict compliance with administrative procedure settlement regulations for individuals and organizations; assign civil servants to fulfill OSS duties to meet the prescribed standards, have correct working attitude, courtesy, give clear guidance that is easy to understand; resolutely handle cases deliberately causing difficulties and obstructions, negative expressions in resolving administrative procedures.

In addition, PPC asks heads of agencies, units to direct OSS public servants to fully, accurately update database of individuals and organizations on OSS software; seriously make an apology for late administrative procedure settlement; communicate extensively to people, businesses to be more aware of the purpose, meaning and practices of administrative reform in order to join hands with administrative agencies to perform administrative reform duties, report correctly strengths and limitations to overcome; actively review, have plans for investing, upgrading, expanding OSS divisions; to enhance application of information technology in resolving administrative procedures, the implementation of online public services, public postal services; online payment of fees; Support, online administrative procedure tutorials in many forms such as: provincial public service portal, Zalo, Hotline 1022...
