PPC support facilities for independent private child care groups in industrial parks

Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 15/2018/QD-UBND stipulating the support level of facilities for independent private child care groups in industrial parks in Binh Duong province in 2018-2020. This decision takes effect from 10 June 2018. Accordingly, one-time support level is equal to 50% of total expense and a maximum of VND25 million/establishment for an establishment with 15-30 children; One-time support is equal to 50% of total expense and a maximum of VND35 million/establishment for an establishment with over 30 children.

The support will be spent on purchasing materials, equipment for renovating kitchen and water system, stainless steel sink; purchasing materials for sanitary renovation including toilet seats, potties, water system, stainless steel sink; tools, toys, teaching equipment; purchasing materials, construction equipment and other repairs serving children under 36 months of age; in case of purchase of toys, teaching equipment, the support is maximum VND5 million.

Under this decision, the owner must use the supported facilities for the right purpose and ensure long-term operation at least 3 years or above; Within 60 days after receiving the support, the construction, repair and completion must be carried out in accordance with regulations.
