Preparation for the 11th WTA General Assembly in Binh Duong

On 29 Aug, at Provincial Administrative Center, Steering Committee of the 11th WTA General Assembly had a meeting to assess the preparation for events celebrating the 20th WTA anniversary. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Steering Committee, presided over the meeting. Attending were also Mai Hung Dung, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 11th WTA General Assembly.

According to report of departments, all preparation works for the 11th WTA General Assembly, Global Innovation Forum, and High Tech Fair on occasion of the 20th WTA anniversary from 10 to 12 Oct 2018 in Binh Duong according to plan were actively carried out. An official website to update WTA events was launched (www.binhduong.wtanet.org). For successful events, departments also discussed relevant contents.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Liem asked agencies and units to focus on performing the assigned tasks, namely, enhancing the spreading of events on mass media, especially the official website; Preparations for pickups, transport, and accommodation arrangement for guests... The organizers needed to monitor and set up appropriate programs.
