Proactively check unexpected administrative procedure reform

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just instructed a sudden inspection of a number of agencies, units and localities for the reform of administrative procedures.

Accordingly, the irregular inspection will focus on the implementation of office culture regulations; the observance of internal rules and working regulations of agencies and units; effective use of working time for cadres, civil servants, officials and employees; code of conduct, spirit, and attitude to serve the people; the reception and settlement of administrative procedures by organizations and individuals under the one-stop mechanism.

The composition of the inspection team included leaders and cadres and civil servants of Departments of Home Affairs, Offices of the Provincial People's Committee, Departments of Justice, Departments of Finance, Departments of Information and Communications, Departments of Science and Technology and a number of related departments, boards and branches.
