Province welcomes over 4.2 million tourists

Since early this year, the province has welcomed more than 4.2million tourists, a year-on-year increase of 1.2%. The province has also attached special importance to tourism promotion via organizing and taking part in tourism-cultural events in and out of the province.

For the rest of the year, provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will continue streamlining its apparatus towards efficiency and effective operation; improve the quality of cultural-art contests and festivals; focus on organizing the 2^nd provincial street food festival, especially prepare for events in celebration of the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2019, great holidays and Party congresses at all levels towards the 13^th National Party Congress.
