Early January 19, Provincial Association of Young Physicians organized its 2^nd congress of 2019-2022 tenure with participation of Nguyen Van Loc, the member of Standing Committee cum Head of Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee, Hoang Quoc Cuong, the Deputy Chairman of Vietnamese Association of Young Physicians.

In the past term of 2013-2018, the provincial Association of Young Physicians has made positive changes, affirming the contributions of young physicians' forces in the cause of national renewal and industrialization - modernization. In addition to professional work, implementation of the tasks of the health sector and implementation of the campaign of the Vietnam Youth Union, the provincial Association of Young Physicians has implemented many activities and achieved remarkable results. Many activities are pervasive in society, mobilizing many resources to organize people's health care and community-oriented activities.

Associated with the campaign of "Volunteer for public health", the Association has carried out activities of examining, distributing medicines and giving free gifts, distributing leaflets on common diseases to more than 20,000 people, worth over 2.5 billion VND. The Association of Young Physicians at all levels has widely implemented the project of "Grateful to Vietnamese heroic mothers", the project of "Compassionate drive - journey for public health", thereby, attracting more than 15,800 turns of youth union members, students, with a total budget of nearly 3 billion VND. Up to now, the provincial Association of Young Physicians has 12 affiliated clubs.

With the spirit of "Young physician in Binh Duong province rich in medical ethics, good at professionalism, volunteering for public health", the Second Provincial Association of Young Physicians Association (term 2019-2022) called for all young physicians overcome all difficulties and challenges, firmly grasp all opportunities and opportunities to strive to strive for the same health sector to successfully carry out the care and protection and improvement of people's health.

After an urgent and responsible working session, the Congress elected the Executive Board of 299-2022 term including 29 people, Dr. Huynh Tran Duong Giang was elected to be Chairman of the Provincial Youth Physician Association of the second term (task period 2019-2022).

On this occasion, the provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to a collective and 5 individuals; Central Vietnam Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 7 individuals; Central Vietnam Young Physicians Association awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 10 outstanding individuals who have made many contributions to the construction of the provincial Young Physicians Association and care to protect people's health in time.
