Provincial Center for Provincial Land Development Fund disburses VND16.5 billion compensations in April 2020

 According to Provincial Center for Provincial Land Development Fund, in April 2020, the center carried out their works for 16/18 projects, including 7 State-budget-funded works and 9 enterprise-capital-funded works.

Accordingly, the center paid total compensation value in April to 25 households worth VND16.5 billion of 5 works; to check 2 projects of North Tan Uyen-Phu Giao-Bau Bang (Phu Giao district) route and the expansion of Rach Bap Industrial Park-Phase 2 (Ben Cat Town). People's Committee of districts and towns approved compensation budget for 74 dossiers / VND106.31 billion belonged to DT743 route and North Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang. The Center also submitted the evaluation of compensation schemes, support level for 106 households and 1 organization/VND87 billion of 4 works to Resources and Environment Office in localities; handed over 26 corrected certificates of land use rights to households whose lands were acquired; reviewed and consolidated legal records of 5 households to establish procedures for forceful land acquisition of My Phuoc-Bau Bang project (passing Ben Cat Town)...
