Provincial Festival “Happy, joyful children-Advancing towards Youth Union” 2017 gets animatedly

On March 20, provincial Young Pioneer Organization (YPO) held a “Happy, joyful children-Advancing towards Youth Union” festival for the 2016-2017 academic year at Phu My secondary school in TDM city.

The festival comprised of a parade, a stage program on Ly Tu Trong hero to celebrate the 86^th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-March 26, 2017). Provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee and Young Pioneer Organization also handed over Youth Union membership cards to 36 members of Phu My secondary school’s YPO detachment who have just been admitted into the Youth Union (photo); gave a symbolic cheque of VND50million from Kymco Vietnam Co.Ltd. for the locality to build an entertainment area for children. The Youth Union branch of provincial Police Agency also offered VND50million to provincial YPO to carry out a “mang non” (Young shoots) work on constructing “red scarf” houses for poor-but-excellent pupils in the city.

At the festival, pupils and YPO members also had a chance to take part in singing-dancing items…
