Provincial leaders receive Indian Ambassador to Vietnam

On February 10, Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly Delegation and Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee welcomed P.Harish, Indian Ambassador to Vietnam.

Mr.Harish said that many activities to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of strategic partnership between Vietnam and India will take place in 2017. Through these activities, enterprises from India will also visit Vietnam in general and Binh Duong in particular to learn about investment climate.

He also spoke highly of Binh Duong’s economic development potentials while wanting that the province will create favorable conditions for Indian enterprises to inquire into the local investment climate. Besides, he introduced provincial leaders about India’s investment projects, including ones on renewable energy that are expected to pour into the province.

At the reception, Mr.Nam applauded Mr.P.Harish’s visit and informed him of the province’s achievements in socio-economic development, especially in FDI attraction over the past time. He affirmed: “Binh Duong has always created the best conditions for foreign enterprises, comprising of ones from India, to work. The province has given priority to hi-tech projects”. He also wanted that through the visit, Mr.P.Harish and his delegation will further introduce India enterprises about the local investment climate.
