Provincial NA delegation works with SBV’s Binh Duong branch

Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly (NA) delegation together provincial NA deputies had a meeting with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)’s Binh Duong branch about coordination between the two sides on the afternoon of May 16.

At the meeting, representative of the SBV’s Binh Duong branch reported the operational situation of the branch in the first four months of 2017. Particularly, the branch well realized credit programs with total outstanding loans, capital mobilization reaching growth…The branch also provided provincial NA delegation with its periodic reports, orientations and action plans so that the delegation informed the local voters of them.

The delegation also heard contributive ideas by leaders of province-based commercial banks to 2 drafts of the Resolution handling bad debts of the banking sector and the Law amending, supplementing a number of articles of credit organizations.

Addressing the meeting, Mr.Nam spoke highly of achievements done by the local banking sector over the past four months while asking for the sector to make restructuring of debts; help enterprises remove their hurdles, contributing to minimizing bad debts and improving credit quality.
