Provincial Party Standing Committee receives Binh Dinh’s high-ranking delegation

On the afternoon of April 20, Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly delegation, other leaders of the province together with the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company had a working session with a delegation of high-ranking officials from the central province of Binh Dinh, led by Nguyen Thanh Tung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Council.

At the working session, leaders of the two localities informed about each locality’s socio-economic performance, potentialities and investment policies. They also assessed the implementation of contents of the cooperation agreement between the two localities over the past five years from 2012 to 2016. With results done over the past time, they determined that close coordination is very necessary to tap potentialities of the two localities while reaching unanimity on bileteral cooperation contents in the next five years from 2017 to 2012. Particularly, the two localities will create advantageous conditions for Becamex IDC to realize the Becamex Binh Dinh industrial-urban and service complex; regularly share experience and make support programs in socio-economic development; boost cooperation on national defence-security, ensuring social order and safety; organize delegations to visit, share difficulties and provide mutual support.

Leaders of the People’s Committees of Binh Duong and Binh Dinh provinces also signed a cooperate agreement on socio-economic development between the two localities for the period of 2017 and 2021.
