Provincial Youth Union strives to set up 500 branches, clubs among young workers

In order to effectively implement provincial project "Uniting, gathering young workers for the 2021-2025 period, provincial Youth Union has continued deploying the emulation movement of "4 best" among young laborers working in State-run enterprises with the contents of "the highest quality", "the most creative", "the most economical" and "the safest".

Every year, provincial Youth Union organizes seminars, talk shows on promoting the emulation movement of "4 best" among young laborers at least once a year while honoring outstanding young laborers. Provincial Youth Union will also promote activities on reproductive health education, love, marriage and family consultancy, HIV / AIDS prevention, harms from drugs, tobacco, alcohol, beer and stimulants; mobilize young workers to exercise civilized, cultural lifestyle; coordinate with relevant units to mobilize resources to take care of young laborers through each peak campaign of the Workers ‘Month.

On the other hand, provincial Youth Union will also uphold the effectiveness of the model establishing Youth Federation Committees in 100% foreign-owned enterprises with a large number of young workers. Provincial Youth Union is expected to develop at least 100 Youth Union and association organizations in non-State enterprises, with at least 10 youth union points and 10 clubs “connecting young workers” that work effectively by the end of 2025. Every year, provincial Youth Union will admit at least 400 new members from youths in non-State enterprises.

Provincial Youth Union will also further develop its branches in non-state enterprises, aiming to improve its quality of organization and construction. Accordingly, provincial Youth Union will continue maintaining and improving the operational quality of more than 2,000 Youth Union branches, youth clubs, teams, groups at lodging facilities and in enterprises; establishing 500 youth, clubs, teams, groups in residential areas with 50,000 members or more, 125 branches and associations in enterprise with 30,000 members.

In addition, provincial Youth Union and its branches will strive to recommend more than 500 outstanding Youth Union members to the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV); strive to have at least 10% of outstanding Youth Union members under the project admitted to the CPV.
