Provincial Youth Union surpasses set targets

Early July 29, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee held a conference to partially review the implementation of the Resolutions of the 11th national Youth Union congress and the 10th provincial Youth Union congress in the mid-term of 2017-2022, the five-year implementation of the Directive No.42-CT/TW of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on “Strengthening the Party's leadership in ideal education of revolutionary ethical cultural lifestyle for the young generation in the period of 2015 -2030”. The event was attended by Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Since early this tenure, provincial Youth Unions at all levels fulfilled and suspassed the set targets. Noticeably, the Youth Unions of districts, towns and cities carried out more than 80 district-level youth works annually in association with tasks on socio-economic development. There were nearly 23,270 needy children offered help. Provincial Youth Unions at all levels also mobilized organizations, individuals to donate 90 houses of compassions to teenagers and children with difficult circumstances...Under the Directive No.42-CT/TW, they also developed many effective models...

On this occassion, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee awarded the certificates of merit of the Prime Minister to a Youth Union cadre; the certificates of merit of provincial People’s Committe to 23 collectives, 32 individuals; the certificates of merit of provincial Youth Union to 34 collectives with achievements in the mid-term. Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee also commended, rewarded 21 collectives, 12 individuals with achievements in the realization of the Directive No.42-CT/TW; presented the mementoes “For young generation”  of the Central Committee of the Youth Union to 16 outstanding individuals.
