In the afternoon of May 24, in Hanoi, the Government Steering Committee for Public Administration Reform organized a conference to announce the administrative reform index of 2018 of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People's Committees of provinces and cities under their direct management. Central and Indicators measure the satisfaction of people and organizations for the service of State administrative agencies in 2018.

Accordingly, the administrative reform index in 2018, Binh Duong ranked 15/63 provinces and cities, achieving a total score of 79.00; The total score of the Index of satisfaction measurement of people and organizations for the service of the State administrative agency in Binh Duong in 2018 reached 85.03 points, ranking 23/63 provinces and cities.

An important special point of the administrative reform index and the Index of satisfaction of people and organizations for the service of provincial state administrative agencies is the impact of administrative reform on delivery and socio-economic development. In addition to the criteria for service of administrative reform, the level of investment attraction, the rate of newly established enterprises and the State budget revenue of the province are also included in the evaluation criteria of the administrative reform index.
