Rebound of An Phu

An Phu ward in Thuan An town reached rapid socio-economic growth over the past time. Thanks to advantages in terms of geography, infrastructure…, the ward created a breakthrough in development.

Chau Thi Hiep, Director of Hiep An One-Member Co.Ltd. in the ward said that over the past time, her company enjoyed many advantages in production and business from the ward’s open investment climate together with an abundant workforce. It is known that An Phu focused on developing infrastructure facilities, especially urban traffic ones over the past time. In 2019 alone, the ward built and put 6 works into operation, including those of upgrading An Phu 11 street, making installation of An Phu 07 street’s lighting system…The ward also proposed construction of additional 2 works, including those of An Phu 06 street’s water drainage system and Chu Van An street.

Nguyen Van Tai, residing in quarter 4 of the ward said that over the past years, the local urbanization process took place very quickly. So far, the image of the ward has had many changes with clean, nice and clean streets, spacious houses, and recreational places at weekend…

Along with economic development, An Phu ward has attached special importance to urban rejuvenation, contributing to making its image more orderly and civilized. The ward last year coordinated with functional agencies to grant construction permits to 102 cases; inspected 52 new construction works and handled wrong cases under the law.

Quan Van Binh, Chairman of the ward’s People’s Committee said that the ward is now home to more than 100,000 people with trade activities taking place very animatedly.
