Scholarships awarded to poor-but-excellent pupils

Provincial Red Cross Society has just coordinated with provincial Department of Education and Training to award scholarships worth VND7million each to 20 local poor pupils with good academic results (photo).

It is known that these scholarships are worth VND140million, funded by Mitsubishi Vietnam Co.Ltd. They will be the great encourage for the local poor-but-excellent pupils to rise up in learning and life.
