In the days near Tet, young officials of provincial Youth’s League joint up to organize various activities heading to border regions of neighboring provinces while taking care for people of hardship in Binh Duong. They are the springtime carrier ‘wings’.

From Ca Mau, Soc Trang to Binh Phuoc, Dak Lak to Lao Cai are the addresses where delegations across the province have visited to implement programs of "springtime in the border" and " winter volunteer". These are the programs of free medical examination and treatment, free medicine, and lavishness for the people in the border, gifts for children in difficult circumstances to warm heart when the New Year; This is the greeting, encouraging the border soldiers "happy spring, not forget the task" to protect the nation.

It is known that, from the end of 2017, the Provincial Youth League (Standing Committee) launched the programs of "winter volunteer" and "spring volunteer", specifically deployed to all levels of the Union in the province. For the poor, the bar, children in difficult circumstances are paid special attention. Along with that, the organization visited and gave gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers, policy beneficiaries, and families with revolutionary contribution, members and disadvantaged children. In response to the program launched by the provincial Youth League, in addition to promoting the propaganda on various channels of information about the purpose and significance of the program to a large number of members, youths and people, the province has also implemented various forms of calling for, mobilizing and donating from officials, members, youths, organizations, individuals, benefactors and enterprises, providing support for poor people and disadvantaged children in and outside of the province. Specifically, in Lao Cai province, the Youth League delegation has presented 20 gifts and works at Doi 4, Kim Kim village, Thanh Kim commune, Sa Pa district with the total amount of more than VND 100 million. At the border of Loc Ninh district, Binh Phuoc province, the delegation also donated 100 million dongs to the playground, gymnastic and sport area for young people.

In addition, care programs for youths and young workers in the province are also paid attention to. In order to create a cheerful, warm and healthy atmosphere, the provincial business delegation organized the contests of "Family meal on Tet" and "Decorate ochna trees and peach and make Tet cards" for the occasion. Huynh Thanh Tra, Secretary of the Provincial Sub-Committee for Rural Development, said: "These activities are aimed at caring, supporting and encouraging members and people home to celebrate New Year's activities in the branches, youth chapters directly under the enterprise. At the same time, to motivate members and people with difficult circumstances to enjoy a joyful and happy spring, granting 40 gifts to hard working people not returning home for Tet at VND 500,000 each, handing 25 gifts to Labor Union of Binh Duong Garment Joint Stock Company and Youth Union of CMC Vina Co., Ltd (500,000 dongs a package). Vo Thi Linh Giang, Head of Peoples Committee of Quarter 4, Phu Loi Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, expressed her excitement when receiving the attention and care of all levels, helping the staff welcome the new spring in the homeland of Binh Duong.

Many young groups are also actively preparing activities to share Tet affection. These days, it is easy to see news items calling for volunteers to participate in Tet activities for the poor on social networking sites.
