Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Vice-Chairman of provincial Labor Union said that the local Trade Unions at all levels have made efforts to realize synchronous measures to harmonize labor relations before, during and after Tet  while mobilizing all resources to take care of laborers, especially those living away from home with difficult circumstances.

Provincial Labor Union will also coordinate with provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize recreational activities for laborers. For trade union locals, they are also required to be proactive to team up with employees to set up plans on Tet day-off, salary and bonus policies for laborers, opportunely dealing with their legitimate rights-interests on Tet.

Mr.Khanh added that provincial Labor Union has instructed the local Trade Unions at all levels to focus on giving Tet care for laborers, especially those with difficult circumstances and hit by natural disasters under the spirit of instruction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the 2017 theme of “For the benefit of trade unionists”. These care activities must be organized practically and effectively, bringing benefits to laborers. In addition, the local Trade Unions at all levels need to have a firm grasp on the situation of Tet day-off, salary and bonus policies for laborers; the number of needy laborers because of businesses facing difficulties or dissolved for timely support.
