Tan Uyen’s boat racing tournament attracts six teams

Early September 14, Tan Uyen town’s Center for Culture-Information and Sports held a meeting on the organization of the boat racing tournament under the town’s sports festival 2017.

This year’s tournament absorbs 6 teams, including 4 from Tan Uyen town (namely Thanh Hoi 1, Thanh Hoi 2, Thanh Phuoc and Bach Dang) and 2 from Dong Nai province (namely An Hoa 1 and An Hoa 2). They will compete in 500 and 1,000-square meter distances with a direct elimination format.

It aims to encourage those who have a passion for boat racing to make contributions to this sport while promoting the campaign of “All people take physical exercises following the great example of Uncle Ho” among locals.
