Tan Uyen well realizes policies on social welfare

Tan Uyen town is now home to 2,965 needy people getting monthly allowances and 4,757 policy beneficiaries. In the 2016-2020 period, the town implemented policies on social welfare in a synchronous way. Sectors, authorities at all levels of the town attached special importance to disseminating the Party, State’s policies and laws on social welfare among locals. The town also organized 56 vocational training courses for rural laborers; introduced jobs to more than 54,000 laborers…

As of late 2019, the town considered and provided more than VND240billion in loan from policy credit programs for 10,518 poor households. There were also 135 households escaping poverty. In addition, the town mobilized many resources to take care of policy beneficiaries and people with difficult circumstances on Tet and great holidays…
