TDM City launches tree planting’s festival on occasion of the 128th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh

On May 18, TDM City held a ceremony to launch the movement "Planting trees to thank Uncle Ho" to celebrate the 128th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (19 May 1890 - 19 May 2018).

In recent years, planting trees on each Uncle Ho's birthday has become a widespread movement in TDM City, contributing to protecting the living environment for people, responding to negative impact of climate change, contributing to the green and sustainable economic development. Tree planting has become a broad movement, a cultural beauty in agencies, units, localities; Tree planting and protection activities were associated with the building of clean, beautiful and civilized agencies and units. After the launching ceremony, leaders of the city, cadres, civil servants, unionists, youths and students planted 400 trees in vacant land areas of ​​Quarter 3, Quarter 5, Tuong Binh Hiep Ward.
