Tennis tournament of information-communications sector in southeastern region kicks off

The 3^rd tennis tournament of information-communications sector in the southeastern region has just taken place at Binh Duong new city-based Community Sports Center.

This year’s tournament was co-held by Binh Duong provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism and Mobifone Services Company of the zone 8, with the participation of 12 teams from units under the Ministry of Culture-Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture-Sports and Tourism and telecommunications businesses in the southeastern region. Participating teams were divided into 2 groups A and B and played in a robin-round format to sort out the best ones in each group.

As result, the Verification-Certification Center 2 under the Telecommunication Bureau won first prize in the group A. Tay Ninh provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism grasped second prize while two third prizes went to the Departments of Culture-Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai and Binh Duong.

Mobifone Services Company of the zone 8 took the lead in the group B. It was followed by the Management Board of Mobifone Infrastructure Project 2 and Vung Tau provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism.

It is known that Tay Ninh provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism will host the 4^th traditional tennis tournament of information-communications sector in 2018.
