Thanh Le General Import- Export Trading Corporation received first-class Labor Medal

On January 18, Thanh Le General Import- Export Trading Corporation held a ceremony to receive the first-class Labor Medal of the State President. Attending the event were Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly delegation; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with leaders of the province over periods.

Since its inception of 1992, the corporation has always fulfilled entrusted tasks in many business scopes; developed1,200 agents in southern provinces and cities; well realized tax obligations with VND23.3trillion paid for State budget in the period of 1992 and 2017; taken good care of the lives of laborers… 

For achievements done, the corporation has been awarded the first, second third-class Labor Medals so far. On this occasion, Huynh Xuan Phuong, Deputy General Director of the corporation and Pham Thi Kim Thanh, Director of the Financial Department of the corporation were also awarded the third-class Labor Medal. The corporation also established its new directorate after reaching success in equalization in early 2018.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr.Liem praised the corporation for its achievements in production-business as well as its active contributions to the local socio-economic development. He also suggested that after being equitized, the corporation needs to further ensure harmony between the benefits of State and shareholders. Provincial People’s Committee will also create conditions for the corporation to work under the law.
