Update: 19-04-2019 | 14:52:01

In the afternoon of April 16, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee had a working session with the inspection team of the Ministry of Home Affairs to check the situation of management and use of the education and health payrolls in the province.

Binh Duong is one of the provinces with fast socio-economic development, so the number of schools, classes, students and beds in the province has been increasing every year. In terms of education, the school year of 2018-2019, the scale of schools, pupils of general education and pre-school education increased by 4 schools at the preschool level and lower secondary school with 26,580 students compared to the school year of 2017- 2018. In terms of health, from 2015 until now, hospitals and centers have been increased and assigned new beds such as: Provincial general hospital from 1,200 beds to 1,500 beds and upgraded from class II to grade I; Thuan An Medical Center from 200 beds to 250 beds.

Since 2017, the Ministry of Home Affairs evaluates the number of people working in public non-business units, reducing the number of staff every year without relying on the actual situation of increasing schools, students and hospital beds. direction. Therefore, the payroll of the sector is insufficient and not guaranteed for the industry to perform its tasks. At the meeting, members of the inspection team of the Ministry of Home Affairs recorded comments and recommendations of the sectors in the province to synthesize and propose more appropriate solutions in the coming time.
