According to provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the restructuring process towards urban agriculture, high-tech agriculture for specialty fruits, safe vegetables associated with processing and consumption along with the value chain is taking place dynamically in areas in the province. At present, the province has 99 safe vegetable and fruit cultivation models in greenhouses and applying modern irrigation systems...

In 2013-2018, provincial agricultural sector developed 21 community IPM points, 48 ​​points for field research to transfer and expand to people with an area of ​​nearly 138 ha. The process of scientific and technological application, safe crop specializing contributed to increasing the crop yield from 1.5 to 2 times, the number of pest and disease prevention seasons decreased by 2-3 times with conventional production and can be produced all year round.
