At present, the province has about 143.96 hectares of urban agricultural production land, with main crops such as hydroponic vegetables, sprouts, mushrooms, orchids and ornamental plants. According to provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, to speed up the development of urban agriculture and high-tech agriculture, in recent years, the province has been concretized Central policies by appropriate policies and programs in line with the actual situation. Specifically, in 2012, the provincial People's Committee issued a decision on "solutions and policies for agricultural development in the direction of urban agriculture, high-tech agriculture, and ecological agriculture in association with processing industry in Binh During the 2012-2015 period". This decision has created favorable conditions for people to borrow loans from the provincial budget.

Subsequently, provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 04/2016 / QD-UBND on "The policy of promoting agricultural development in the direction of urban agriculture, high-tech agriculture in Binh Duong period 2016-2020." While implementing this decision, organizations and individuals investing in urban agriculture are eligible to loans at preferential interest rates and a 60-month loan cycle. Provincial Development Investment Fund appraised 58 production plans and approved 41 qualified plans with a disbursement amount of VND228 billion.
