Thuan An focuses on building e-government

Over the past time, Thuan An city’s People’s Committee implemented public services at 3 level for 46 administrative documents; received and settled documents online via the “Thuan An online” app; realized payments via POS machines at the “one-door” department; coordinated with provincial Post Office to return administrative procedures’ results via postal services to organizations and individuals if having demand…

In 2021, the city’s People’s Committee will put focus on building e-government, contributing to successfully realizing the province’s smart city development project. Particularly, the city will build e-government at all levels; purchase synchronous equipment in line with the 4.0 period to serve the local e-government building and meet the local demand for administrative reform; further upgrade the “Thuan An online” app; strive to get 100% of online public services at levels 3 and 4 at people and enterprises ‘demand.
