Thuan An, North Tan Uyen, Tan Uyen’s Party Committees mark the CPV’s 87th founding anniversary

Thuan An town’s Party Committee, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee held a get-together in celebration of the Party and Lunar New Year 2017 on the afternoon of January 19, in attendance of Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

At the get-together, delegates reviewed the 87-year development of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). Under the leadership of the local Party Committee, Thuan An town has so far got robust growth, becoming one of the province’s urban-industrial hubs.

On this occasion, the town’s Party Committee also awarded 65, 60, 55, 50 and 30-year Party membership insignias to 27 members.

*Early January 19, North Tan Uyen district’s Party Committee held a get-together to mark the 87^th founding anniversary of the CPV (February 3, 1930-February 3, 2017). Attending the event were Huynh Thanh Long, member of provincial Party Standing Committee (PSC), Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Council; Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial PSC, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with revolutionary veterans, heroic Vietnamese mothers…

At the get-together, delegates reviewed the heroic tradition of Vietnamese people, the entire Party, army and people of Binh Duong in general and the D war zone in particular during the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism. Over the past time, especially in 2016, North Tan Uyen district’s Party Committee strengthened leadership work for the whole political system, focusing on implementing and exceeding the set targets.

On this occasion, the district’s Party Committee awarded 55, 50 and 30-year Party membership insignias to 11 members; the certificates of merit of provincial People’s Committee to 3 outstanding enterprises in taking care of the local policy beneficiary and poor families; the certificates of merit to 4 Party cells and Committees winning the “strong, pure” title in 2016.

*The same day, Tan Uyen town’s Party Committee also organized a get-together to celebrate the 87^th founding anniversary of the CPV (February 3, 1930-February 3, 2017), in attendance of Nguyen Minh Thuy, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission; Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

The get-together reviewed the 87-year development of the CPV. Under the leadership of the local Party Committee, Tan Uyen town reached comprehensive development with socio-economic targets on annual rise. The town’s socio-cultural fields reaped breakthroughs with social welfare ensured and the lives of locals improved, political security, social order and safety maintained.

On this occasion, the town posthumously bestowed the “heroic mother” title to 17 mothers and awarded 50 and 30-year Party membership insignias to 18 members. Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee also awarded the second-class Labor Medal to Vo Van Ba, Secretary of the town’s Party Committee, Chairman of the town’s People’s Council.
