To abolish the list of products and goods subject to quality inspection

The Prime Minister has issued Decision No. 37/2017 / QD-TTg on the abrogation of Decision No. 50/2006 / QD-TTg dated March 7, 2006 by the Prime Minister promulgating the list of products, goods must be checked for quality. This decision takes effect from October 5, 2017.

According to Decision No. 50/2006 / QD-TTg, the list of products and goods subject to quality control is the responsibility of Ministry of Science and Technology and include 20 products and goods, such as: Protective helmets for motorcyclists, child protection helmets in traffic, hot-rolled steel rounds and hot-rolled concrete steel used in construction, reinforced steel wire for reinforcement concrete, PVC coated wire with nominal voltage up to and including 450 / 750V, instantaneous water heater, electric water heater and heater, dip tray, hair dryer and other make-up tools, hand dryers, electric irons ...
