Mechanics have a very important position, which is the foundation and motivation for other industries to evolve. At present, the mechanical industry has the mission of providing all the equipment for industrial production, agricultural product processing, transportation, equipment for national defense security protection... However, the actual production situation of this industry in the province is low. The main reason is that domestic enterprises have mostly backward technology production, old equipment. In addition, the investment is unplanned, inefficient, cannot dominate the domestic market.

According to surveys, the common problem of domestic mechanical enterprises is the lack of capital, technology, and have not met the increasingly high requirements of output products. Binh Duong, which is an industrially developing province, still lacks facilities owning large processing machines, lacks high-quality manpower.

Thanh Danh Dat Company was established in June 2011. The company gradually overcame limitations of its industry, masters production technology and has its own market segment, despite having difficulties in both personnel and finance. Over the years, with many attempts, the company has gradually overcome and perfected its technology. At first, the company had low charter capital and a modest number of employees. Nine years later, the company has three workshops with a team of more than 20 technicians and skilled workers.

With the motto of always turning towards the quality of products and customer satisfaction, Thanh Danh Dat Company has strived to strengthen its position in many manufacturing areas: industrial centrifugal fan, industrial ventilators, design and construction of cooling systems, industrial heat solutions, hazardous gas treatment equipment, industrial dust processing equipment, consulting and designing air environment treatment systems, stainless steel machining (Inox) processing. Exclusively for industrial fan production, the company has more than 300 customers that have been using industrial centrifugal fans and ventilators for factories, supermarkets, hospitals, high-rise condominiums, farms... In recent years, the company has achieved good revenues. In particular, in 2017, its revenue reached VND 14 billion, in 2018, 2019 reached nearly VND16 billion. After the company invested in laser welding machine and CNC bending machine, this year, its turnover is predicted to reach VND19 billion.

Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the company, said the support from the project "supporting advanced machinery application for manufacturing processing of mechanical products" to the company was crucial while the current labor source is scarce. This support helped the company have favorable conditions for advanced machinery application into production, improving the rate of automation, using fuel more efficiently. At the same time, the investment in laser welding machine and CNC bending machine, which are 100% new with automatic operation functions, high precision rate, will produce beautiful and diverse products.

To improve production capacity

According to the evaluation of Investment Promotion, Trade and Industrial Development Center, the financial support from industrial promotion policy for this industry helped Thanh Danh Dat Company to expand, improve production capacity, the supply for domestic market. while promoting the role of this center in supporting rural industrial facilities to have advanced technologies, and apply scientific and technological advances.

Nguyen Tuan Anh said: "We used to have older bending machines, needed 3 persons to manipulate, took a lot of time to finish but had many errors in production process. After investing in a new machine, we are able to shorten the adjustment time, test time, reduce labor, and create highly precise products. Also we can adjust directly on the dashboard with display specifications. Therefore, products created have beautiful designs, accuracy, and attract customers. The machines use a new advanced engine which also ensures smooth and stable operation when it is necessary to work continuously for hours. The machines have modern designs with compact size that helps save area and makes it convenient to move. After investing in a laser welding machine and CNC bending machine, the company enhances production capacity, increase the diversity and variety of products". According to Nguyen Tuan Anh, the company will receive more orders that we could not take previously, because they could not meet the requirements of customers on delivery time and uniformity of products with old machinery. Expected turnover increase is by about 10%, because the company can receive large orders.

The investment in new laser welding machine and CNC bending machine helps the company to improve production capacity, saving working time, labor, fuel, and heighten economic efficiency. Besides, the company also guarantees stable employment and salary regimes for workers. Currently, nearly 20 employees working regularly at the company earn an average monthly salary of VND5 million.

The efficiency brought by this project is practical and feasible, contributing to the diversification of trades in the province, as well as contributing to the development of the spearhead industry of the province.

According to Point 3, Article 6 of Decree No. 39/2018/ND-CP dated 11th March 2018 stipulating some articles of Law on SMEs Support, a beneficiary under SMEs group (with the annual number of employees participating in social insurance of no more than 200 people, and total annual turnover of no more than VND 200 billion or total capital of not more than VND100 billion. In terms of trades, mechanical machining, processing and coating of metal are in accordance with the support policy of the project. In terms of content, the beneficiary is supported in advanced equipment application into industrial production, handicraft production, contributing to improving productivity, product quality, efficient use of raw materials, fuel in accordance with the scheme's recommendations.
